Organizing financial records and supporting documents so information is easier to understand, access, and use.
Creating customized spreadsheets, reports, budgets, and tracking tools to help organize information, monitor what matters, and make records easier to use.

HLS provides project-based bookkeeping cleanup, catch-up, reconciliation, and financial-record organization when a client’s books need to be brought current or prepared for their CPA or tax professional. Support can be provided through the professional firm or directly with the client, giving CPA and tax firms an additional bookkeeping resource when needed.

HLS works directly with you or alongside your existing team and professional advisors, providing bookkeeping, financial organization, reporting, and defined project support where additional capacity or expertise is needed. The goal is to strengthen your existing process—not replace people, systems or professional relationships that are already working for you.
Flexible, remote support—without adding another employee.

Already have a system that works for you? You may not need to change it. HLS works with your existing records, software, and financial tools whenever practical and recommends changes only when they would meaningfully improve your financial organization.
Convenient in-person notarization for powers of attorney, estate-planning documents, affidavits, acknowledgments, and other eligible documents.
Professional signing support for eligible real-estate and loan document packages, with attention to presentation, completion, and return instructions.
Eligible documents can be notarized remotely through an approved online-notary platform when RON is appropriate for the transaction.
Based in New Caney, Texas, my 25+ year career has taken me through many facets of bookkeeping and business operations, complemented by more than 20 years of experience as a Texas Notary Public. Along the way, I’ve provided bookkeeping and records support for small and mid-sized businesses and self-employed individuals, including more than a decade of bookkeeping for real estate agents. Throughout my career, I’ve worked alongside business owners and C-suite executives to help establish and strengthen the back-office operations of startups and growing companies. My experience also included managing and organizing the financial affairs of private individuals and families.
Working across business, real estate, and personal environments has given me a broad perspective on the value of good bookkeeping and organized financial information. It goes beyond recording transactions—it should help people better understand their financial picture and provide information they can actually use.
Today, I bring that experience together through Haley Ledger & Seal with a practical, flexible approach.

Whether you need ongoing bookkeeping, help organizing financial records, a custom financial tool, or a notary appointment, tell HLS what you are trying to accomplish and we can determine the appropriate next step.
